This was one of the best experiences I have had with a dealership. Everything went smoothly. It is normally a lengthy process when you buy a car, and this experience was not. Sierra was very knowledgeable about every vehicle I had a question on. She was very attentive to my needs and wants. The finance gentleman, Sam, was great to work with. what a buying experience we had from Jeff and the rest of the staff i just want to give you around of applause for being all nice and courteous. Also for not treating us like we were just another number in your books. Jeff pushed the sale but he held back the reins and was not forceful instead was understanding that we wanted to leave our optuons open. We came in to look at a Trax and had our eyes on a Elantra as well. We ended up with a equinox that we liked even better instead. Everyone treated us with so much respect and were so nice. The owner, Tony, took it upon himself to clean up the new vehicle for us because they were shorthanded the day we were there. Sierra was the saleswoman who did an awesome job and patiently answered all of our questions. Not real happy to have my new truck to have a major part failure at only 15k miles then have to wait almost a month on parts but that's the manufacturers problem. As of Park Hills Chevrolet the service advisor got my truck in,got the parts ordered and got me taken care of and while waiting on parts Ian Kemper( service advisor) got me in a loaner vehicle while waiting on parts,kept in touch through out the process. Thankful to have a service department I can go to and trust!

I bought a used car and brought it to this Chevy Dealership to get an oil change and to have them do a brief inspection to make sure it was safe to drive. They did a very thorough inspection and shared some very real concerns about the safety of the car and some engine issues. While I was disappointed to hear what the service manager and tech said, I sincerely appreciated their honesty about the car. They could have just done the work requested and sent me on my way, but instead went above and beyond to share legitimate concerns about the car.

The team really listened to our concerns and helped however they could to make sure we got the best vehicle for our needs. Everyone was helpful and friendly and understanding. And when we had some trouble with the key fob, they were eager and expedient in replies and care. The situation has since been resolved and our vehicle is in the best state possible. We thank the team very much for their help and understanding and patience. We even had our newborn with us during the visit and they were especially careful not to wake or disturb him. Over all it was a great experience and will be recommended whenever we have to exchange the vehicle or have friends or family in need. Just a great bunch of people who treat their customers well.

Had a oil change and tire rotation. Had them look at a coolant leak, they couldn't find any sign of a leak. But I could, it's on my driveway. Oily hand prints on door and drivers seat not put back to my position. Nice people, just need to pay attention to details.
